ROYAL CAT EYE: one shade, different facets of a royal glow

A clear light stripe, a soft velvety shimmer or a rounded highlight - one shade can look different. It is this variability that makes magnetic manicure so interesting: the master controls the light effect and creates a new mood of the coating every time.

Royal Cat Eye #1–6 by YOU ARE CUTE is a collection of six gel polishes with a cat-eye effect, in which rich color is combined with magnetic shimmer and small sparkles. We tell you what creates their royal glow and how to change it with the help of a magnet.

A radiance that you want to gaze upon

The special feature of Royal Cat Eye is the combination of two light effects. Magnetic particles under the action of a magnet gather into a distinct glare, and small sparkles shimmer across the entire surface of the nail.

This gives the coating visual depth: the rich hue becomes a backdrop for an iridescence that changes depending on the lighting and viewing angle. Just turn your hand to see another side of the color.

Without additional colored lining

For a distinctive Royal Cat Eye effect, there is no need to apply black or other colored gel polish separately. Each shade already has a dense colored base.

This reduces the number of steps in the work: after leveling the nail plate with a base or gel and removing the stickiness, you can proceed to applying Royal Cat Eye. High pigmentation allows you to get a full coating in just one thin layer. If necessary, you can apply two thin layers, polymerizing each separately.

One color — several manicure scenarios

The shade sets the mood, and the magnet helps you choose the nature of the glow. By changing its position, angle and distance from the coating, you can create different effects:

  • A clear stripe is a distinct highlight that emphasizes the shape of the nail.
  • Diagonal overflow - a light accent at an angle.
  • Circular flare is a rounded effect with visual depth.
  • Diffuse glow is a soft gradient without a sharp edge.
  • Velvet effect is a broad, delicate glow that resembles the shimmer of velvet.

The same shade can be the basis for both a discreet manicure and an expressive evening finish. You can repeat the selected effect on all nails or change the direction of the glare on several, creating accents without additional decor.

How to work with Royal Cat Eye
To ensure that the color and magnetic effect unfold evenly, apply the material in a thin layer and distribute it from the center to the side walls. It is convenient to use a brush for thin lines near the cuticle.

Application sequence:

  1. After leveling with base or gel, remove the stickiness.
  2. Apply Royal Cat Eye in a thin layer.
  3. Evenly distribute the material and create a highlight with a magnet.
  4. Cure in a 36–48 W UV/LED lamp for 120 seconds.
  5. If necessary, apply a second thin layer, reshape the highlight and cure for 120 seconds.
  6. Apply top coat and cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe off the non-sticky top coat after curing to maintain a glossy shine.
  7. The position of the brush helps to evenly distribute the magnetic particles, and a quality magnet helps to get a clear and deep highlight. Build the effect on each layer before polymerization.

Six shades for your royal mood

Royal Cat Eye is an opportunity to expand the design palette while working with one color. The rich base, fine glitter, and controlled magnetic shine give the artist room to experiment, and the client a glow that you want to look at.

Six shades. A royal mood.

Royal Cat Eye — magnetic cat eye gel polishes

Royal Cat Eye №1–6 by YOU ARE CUTE is a collection of six cat eye gel polishes with an opaque colour base. The deep, rich shades combine magnetic particles and fine glitter. A magnet shapes a distinct highlight, while the glitter adds shimmer across the entire nail, creating visual depth and dimension.

Royal Cat Eye gel polishes require no additional colour underlay. Apply them after levelling the nail with a base coat or builder gel and removing the tacky layer. High pigmentation provides full colour coverage in one thin coat; two thin coats can be applied if needed. Cure each coat in a 36–48 W UV/LED lamp for 120 seconds.

By changing the magnet’s position, angle and distance, nail artists can create a defined stripe, a diagonal highlight, a circular effect, a diffused glow or a velvet finish. A single shade offers several design options, with reflections that change depending on the lighting and viewing angle. The collection is labelled TPO FREE.
